Our OneHQFit classes run just like Crossfit classes, however we stay away from the heavy lifting and focus more on functional movement with kettlebells, power bags and dumbells etc. OneHQFit uses bodyweight exercises like push ups, squats, suspension training and burpees, combined with our rowers and Airdynes in quick and effective workouts. This class is perfect for those that want to increase their fitness level but arent ready for or want to avoid the barbell work. Those that have participated in bootcamps before will find these classes very different, well structured and with a clear goal for each session.

We can cater for all ages/ Male or female etc by adjusting our sessions to suit your fitness levels. This is a great way (other than our beginners Crossfit programme) to get started in fitness. Alternatively if you have been heavily involved in other programmes, these sessions have RX options to maximize cardiovascular improvement
